Обычно, это, просто, выражение эмоций. Стандартные техники: включить логический мозг - посчитать пример или что-то подобное. Простыми словами, отвлечься. Помнить, что никто вас не хочет обидеть. Большинство людей - хорошие и добрые.
Ну и вот еще: не забывайте, что еще важнее «не обижать». Если все мы будем стремиться делать именно это, то мир вокруг станет лучше.
