Ходил в мечеть Иске Таш, у которой завершили реконструкцию, а теперь собираются благоустроить территорию (по ссылке статья с интерьером и проектом). Судя по предварительной концепции, там будут небольшие домики, напоминающие те, что стояли здесь до постройки очередного корпуса Меховой фабрики и сноса малоэтажной застройки вокруг. Словом, это редкое проявление локальной идентичности на этой территории.
На фоне растут новые ЖК на территории порта, возможно, это и есть новая мәхәллә, но пока смычки джентрификации и слободской жизни я не чувствую.
