Если просто отметить "согласие" и нажать "Далее", то будут проставлены все галочки (но вы этого не увидите) и будет дано согласие на всё (справа), в т. ч. и сделана заявка на кредитку.
Если нажать на "согласие", то появится возможность выбрать то, на что вы соглашаетесь. Чтобы оформить заказ на дебетовую карту хватает двух отмеченных галочек.
