Председатель Комитета Госдумы по строительству и ЖКХ Сергей Пахомов на пресс-конференции в РИА «Новости» 21 января подвел итоги работы Комитета за осеннюю сессию и поделился планами на ближайшее будущее. Судя по всему, Комитет по большей части будет заниматься реформой ЖКХ во всех ее проявлениях, а также законодательными основами градостроительной политики.
