«В первую очередь, она [программа КРТ - ред.] может затормозиться из-за той экономической ситуации, которая сейчас есть, с точки зрения стоимости заемных средств для будущих инвесторов», - отметил замминистра.
👉По его словам, объем градостроительного потенциала по КРТ составляет 130 млн кв.м и его надо увеличивать: выйти на более чем 200 млн кв.м.
В свою очередь, замглавы Минстроя Александр Ломакин добавил, что ведомство переходит к комплексному подходу в развитии регионов, подчеркнув, что основным подходом будет являться механизм КРТ.
