Появился приказ ФНС России от 30.10.2024 № ЕД-7-17/916@ "Об утверждении перечня государств (территорий), с которыми осуществляется автоматический обмен финансовой информацией". Он был опубликован 20 декабря и вступит в силу с 31 декабря 2024 года.
Как я и предупреждала, из перечня исключены 26 государств - членов Европейского союза. Именно поэтому рекомендую внимательно перечитать пост на эту тему, чтобы понимать последствия различных операций по упомянутым счетам с начала 2025 года.
