Дневной фейерверк, «Бессмертный полк» и театральная постановка: Певек с размахом отметил 80-летие Великой Победы.

Праздник открыло шествие «Бессмертного полка», в котором приняли участие более 100 работников ПАТЭС. После этого у Стелы Памяти состоялся торжественный митинг «Чтобы помнили, чтобы знали», посвященный 80-й годовщине Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.

Волонтеры отряда «Энергия добра» также приняли участие в театрализованном представлении о подвиге русского народа, а директор ПАТЭС поздравил всех жителей города с одним из важнейших праздников в истории России и возложил цветочную корзину к Стеле Памяти.

Завершился праздник дневным фейерверком и концертом на главной площади города «Эхо войны и память сердца».
