Госкомитет национальной безопасности Киргизии (ГКНБ) подозревает его в финансировании ОПГ убитого «вора в законе» Камчы Кольбаева и в связи с его «крестным отцом», разыскиваемым в стране, членом ОПГ Азимом Роем.
По утверждению ГКНБ, Тё оказывал финансовую помощь в строительстве объектов недвижимости Кольбаева. Сейчас идёт подготовка к объявлению Тё в международный розыск, в том числе на территории стран СНГ.
В октябре 2023 года Кольбаев был ликвидирован во время операции ГКНБ. Ранее спецслужбы США включили его в список крупнейших наркобаронов в мире.
