Виктор Ефимович – проверенный товарищ, прошедший через огонь боев. Теперь его опыт и энергия будут направлены на помощь ветеранам и их семьям в муниципальном районе.

Благодарю фонд "Защитники Отечества" в ЕАО за партнёрство и поддержку наших инициатив. Работаем дальше – потому что знаем: только вместе мы сможем обеспечить достойную жизнь тем, кто защищал Родину.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
