@minzdrav_ru уже заявил, что Ицкович не выражает позицию ведомства. Конечно, не выражает, ведь вместо стремления повысить рождаемость, это ведомство активно борется за сокращение населения России - вот, например, аборты и стерилизацию в женских консультациях рекламирует.
