В социальных сетях сообщается, что двое мигрантов осуществляли противоправные действия в отношении несовершеннолетних жительниц региона, они пытались посадить девочек в автомобиль, при этом один из них удерживал ребенка, ограничивая движение. Следственными органами СК России по Саратовской области по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 135 УК РФ.
Глава ведомства поручил руководителю СУ СК России по Саратовской области Костину Д.А. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
