Заказчиком выступает проектная компания «Наш Дагестан», созданная совместно с инвестором. Ожидается, что гостиница сможет принимать до 67 тысяч туристов в год.
«Акселерейшн инжиниринг» разработает для строительства комплекса проектную и сметную документацию, которую вместе с результатами проектно-изыскательских работ направят для проверки в Главгосэкспертизу России.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting.
