حذر عضو مجلس الدولة، سعد بن شرادة، من انهيار مالي شامل، معتبرًا بيان مصرف ليبيا المركزي بمثابة إدخال الاقتصاد في "غرفة الإنعاش". ودعا إلى تحرك عاجل لإنقاذ البلاد، حتى لو تطلب الأمر إجراءات قاسية.
واقترح بن شرادة ستة حلول عاجلة، أبرزها:
توحيد السلطة التنفيذية.
إصدار قانون ميزانية جديد يتضمن تقشفًا حقيقيًا.
توحيد جدول الرواتب وتقليص النفقات، خاصة في التمثيل الخارجي.
تحفيز الاستثمار الداخلي وتنويع مصادر الدخل.
تحديث قانون تشجيع الاستثمار.
تقليص رواتب كبار المسؤولين لتتناسب مع دخل المواطن.
وأكد أن الإصلاح المالي يتطلب إرادة قوية وقرارات جريئة.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
