وجهت المحكمة الدستورية العليا رسالة رسمية إلى المبعوثة الأممية هانا تيتيه، عبّرت فيها عن رفضها وتحفّظها على ما ورد في إحاطتها الأخيرة أمام مجلس الأمن، والتي تحدثت فيها عن وجود مؤسستين قضائيتين دستوريتين في ليبيا.
المحكمة أوضحت أنها تأسست وفق قانون صادر عن مجلس النواب نصّ على إلغاء عمل المحكمة العليا، معتبرة أن ما ورد في الإحاطة يمس استقلال القضاء الليبي، ودعت إلى سحب تلك العبارات احترامًا للسلطة القضائية الوطنية. ⚖️

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
