По имеющимся данным, инцидент произошел в городе-курорте Кисловодске. Пострадавшие обратились в полицию, заявив, что в районе озера у них возник конфликт с двумя мужчинами, передвигавшимися на лошадях. Один из всадников не только оскорблял их, но и нанес несколько ударов по лицу и рукам.
Полицейские в кратчайшие сроки установили местонахождение злоумышленника и задержали его.
