Для меня здание предстает неким современным прочтением фахверка: тут есть и конструктивная общность и визуальная, а на верхнем этаже открытая веранда даже сделана из деревянных балок.
Фасад очевидно задуман как максимально плоская поверхность, но для меня это скорее минус — не хватает объема, не люблю окна в одной плоскости со стеной. Интерьер уже пестрит яркими эскалаторами, симпатично.
