Основание — новое постановление Правительства Москвы № 489-ПП от 12.03.2025.
Как это работает? 1️⃣ Жители обращаются в совет депутатов с жалобой на УК 2️⃣ Депутаты заслушивают руководителя УК и голосуют за проверку 3️⃣ При выявлении нарушений Мосжилинспекцией — созывается ОСС для решения о смене УК
Сейчас особенно актуально — все УК обязаны отчитаться за 2024 год перед собственниками.

Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
