Мы пришли к выводу, что в каждом парламенте людей, способных писать законы, где-то 20-25%. Очень большая часть украинского парламента практически не понимает, о чем идет речь. Как правило, это случайные люди, которые пришли с улицы. Третья, немногочисленная часть Рады, занимается своим делом, бизнесом.
