Наверное, ни в одной стране мира нет столько омбдусменов, сколько есть у нас. Но только для защиты тех или иных прав полномочий у них всё никак не хватает.
Вот и сейчас есть ощущение, что будущий IT-омбудсмен, спустя какое-то время, будет осуществлять примерно те же функции, что и Мизулина-младшая. То есть бороться за «безопасный» интернет без экстремизма, наркотиков и прочих Навальных.
