#упж : шоколадное печенье для воспитателей в детский сад.

Рецепт брала тут, дела полуторную норму. Рекомендую делать как минимум двойную, особенно если вы любитель шоколада.

Печенье вышло без трещин, но я никогда не делаю строго по рецепту, у меня свой глазомер и ощущения.

Тесто вышло очень мягкое и гладкое. Вера с удовольствием катала шарики, расплющивала и складывала на противень.

Десерты с добавление какао и шоколада Вера стала есть совсем недавно и очень редко. Хотелось бы вообще не давать, но спускаю на тормозах.

А вы даёте детям шоколад или какао?
