Как позже сообщили краевые власти, уже запущена Партизанская ГРЭС, идёт запуск остальных электростанции. В Лесозаводске, Дальнереченске, Лучегорске, Находке свет уже востановлен.
Отметим, в некоторых районах Владивостока значительно ухудшилось качество мобильного интернета, он почти не работает.
