Опять на картинках - террасы, зелень. Как это будет все функционировать московской зимой - архитектору абсолютно пофигу. Лопатой махать - снег убирать, это вам не красивые картинки рисовать.

Эта часть Ленинградки сейчас модная. Можно любой сарай премиумом назвать. Если очень хочется, конечно.
