В Южном федеральном округе (ЮФО) общий объем инвестиций в строительство торговых центров (ТЦ) в первом полугодии 2025 года составил 5,75 млрд руб., при этом количество проектов сократилось на 25% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года. Краснодарский край лидирует с долей 42,8% от всех проектов в регионе, за ним следуют Ростовская область (28,6%) и Республика Крым (7,3%). Большинство инвесторов (60%) ориентируются на проекты с бюджетом до 1 млрд руб., предпочитая небольшие ТЦ площадью 300–800 кв. м, так как они быстрее окупаются, легче заполняются арендаторами и обеспечивают стабильный доход. Краснодар занял второе место среди городов-миллионников по количеству торговых площадей на 1 тыс. жителей (785 кв. м), что подчеркивает высокую насыщенность рынка.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
