В Красноярске к 2027 году планируется завершение строительства второй очереди ТК «Арбат» (теперь «Авион») площадью 12 тыс. кв. м, включая 7 тыс. кв. м офисов и 4,8 тыс. кв. м торговых площадей, с парковкой на 250 мест. Застройщик СЗ «ФСК» внес изменения в проект и урегулировал отношения с дольщиками. Параллельно в городе решаются проблемы других долгостроев: торговый комплекс на ул. Северо-Енисейской сдается к 2025 году, а недостроенный ТЦ владельцев «Бирюсы» может быть снесен из-за угрозы ЧС.
