عصر روز یکشنبه ۱۱ خرداد، رویداد اول از سری رویدادهای فرابین با عنوان «گذرگاه داده» برگزار شد. در این رویداد، سرکار خانم دکتر موسوی، هیئت علمی دانشگاه امیرکبیر، به سوالاتی مثل "چه کسی اینترنت را اداره می کند؟" و "اینترنت، شبکه‌ای احمق یا هوشمند؟" پرداختند. پس از ایشان، جناب آقای دکتر لاجوردی، به بررسی ابعاد مختلف شبکه ملی اطلاعات و راهکارها پرداختند و درنهایت گفت‌وگویی سوال‌محور با جناب دکتر لاجوردی انجام شد.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
