В легкоатлетическом манеже Филиала "Олимп" прошло очередное тестирование Всероссийского физкультурно-спортивного комплекса "Готов к труду и обороне".

В тестировании приняли участие 40 человек.
Участники пробовали свои силы в следующих видах испытаний:
- бег 30 м;
- челночный бег 3х10 м;
- подтягивание из виса на высокой или низкой перекладине;
- сгибание и разгибание рук в упоре лёжа;
- поднимание туловища из положения лёжа;
- прыжок в длину с места;
- наклон вперёд стоя на гимнастической скамье.

Попробовать свои силы и присоединиться к Всероссийскому движению может каждый в возрасте от 6 лет и старше, имеющий медицинский допуск и уникальный номер регистрации ГТО на платформе ФГИС "Спорт".
