🕹 Глава Башкирии Радий Хабиров в ходе рабочей поездки в город Салават принял участие в открытии нового резервуарного парка предприятия «Битум». Основанная в 1991 году, компания - ведущий производитель нефтяных дорожных битyмов в регионе. Новый резервуарный парк хранения сырья для производства битyма рассчитан на 46 000 тонн. После запуска совокупный резервуарный парк составит 178 000 тонн, что обеспечит сырьем более половины годовой выработки компании.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
