В рамках программы "Вознаграждение за справедливость" (Rewards for Justice) Госдепартамент США объявил о вознаграждении на сумму до $10 млн за сведения, позволяющие идентифицировать или установить местоположение лиц, которые, по информации ведомства, связаны с проектом «Рыбарь».
И нет, гончий лист выписали не за помощь российской армии или противодействие Украине. Госдеп считает, что «Рыбарь»... вмешивается в американские выборы путем сообщений о проблемах нелегальных мигрантов в США, что "сеет партийную и расовую рознь, а также поощряет ненависть и насилие".
Попасть на украинский "Миротворец" уже не солидно. Стать разыскиваемым в США - вот где уровень.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
