Раньше скобки в номерах писали, чтобы обозначить опциональную часть. Если ты живешь в Мухосранске, то другим жителям Мухосранска можно звонить без кода, а все из других городов должны были код набирать.
Сегодня если у тебя номер с кодом 903, ты не можешь позвонить другому абоненту с кодом 903 не набирая код 903. Поэтому скобки нахуй не нужны.
Правильно сегодня писать так: +7 123 456-78-90 или +7-123-456-78-90.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
