Главная мысль не очень свежа: гонка вооружений, особенно ракетных, — не самое приятное занятие. И условия для евро- и прочих ракетных кризисов уже вполне себе сложились.
Конечно, можно еще все отмотать и переиграть, но пока мы все общими усилиями двигаемся в весьма опасное прошлое, причем теперь все будет еще веселее: игроков сильно больше, появились новые, оживились старые. Новые технологии опять же добавляют оптимизма неуместного.
