«По замороженным бумагам причитаются выплаты – купоны по облигациям и дивиденды по акциям. Сейчас, насколько я могу судить, эти деньги получают лица, удерживающие ценные бумаги российских собственников», – рассказал Любич.
«За удержание еще взимается комиссия «за хранение». В совокупности это и формирует доходную базу, с которой берут налоги. В основной массе их собирают Бельгия и Люксембург», – отметил он.
«К международному праву эта ситуация отношения не имеет, поскольку речь идет о взаимоотношениях частных лиц – депозитариев и владельцев ценных бумаг», – указал эксперт.
