رئیس کل دادگستری استان آذربایجان غربی: در اواخر دی سال گذشته پرونده تجاوز به دختربچه بوکانی در دستور کار ویژه دستگاه قضائی استان قرار گرفت.
پس از رسیدگی به پرونده، دادگاه متهم ردیف اول را به لحاظ اقدامات مجرمانه به مجازات اعدام در ملاء عام محکوم کرد.
رای صادره پس از فرجام‌خواهی در دیوان عالی کشور تایید و حکم در سحرگاه روز شنبه ۲۱ تیر با مطالبه اولیای دم و شهروندان و به لحاظ جریحه‌دار شدن عواطف و احساسات عمومی در ملاء عام اجرا شد./میزان

Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
