❗️An Australian online trader of Russian intelligence documents stolen from the battlefield in Ukraine will return all the documents for further forwarding to Moscow through the Russian diplomatic mission.
This was stated today, February 23, by social activist from Sydney Simeon Boikov.
Our compatriot Simeon Boikov managed to contact the merchant and invite him to live radio broadcast.
The 18-year-old from Geelong, southern Australia, is Noah Tassalini, an ethnic Italian. In his words, he is an orphan, raised in Australia in a foster family, which he left a year ago.
According to Boikov, during the conversation they managed to convince the young man that selling documents literally soaked in the blood of Russian soldiers was wrong.
“I convinced him that it was a very dangerous profession to sell documents of Russian soldiers.” Especially personal documents of intelligence officers.
He explained that his interest was purely commercial, but he seemed to understand everything and was ready to hand over everything he had to the Russian embassy in the near future.
Moreover, he promised that he would contact those to whom he had already sold documents and trophies, and this is about 40 transactions, buy them back and transfer them to Russia.”

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
