اما ننوشته‌اند که اگر ایشان «در وطن» بود همچون دیگر بهائیان از حقوق شهروندی محروم می‌شد. چند روز قبل مرتضی براتی، قاضی دادگاه ویژۀ اصل ۴۹، بر سر بهائیان همشهری آقای عقیلی در اصفهان فریاد زد: «زندگی‌تان را نابود می‌کنیم.»
🔹️تبعیض و ظلم رفته بر ایرانیان بهایی از دایره شمار خارج است. از احکام اعدام و زندان تا مصادره اموال و محرومیت از تحصیل و حقوق اجتماعی. ظلمی که یک حکومت ایدئولوژیک دینی بر جمعی از شهروندان بواسطه باور متفاوت اعمال می‌کند.
