В 2024 году операторы-112 приняли более 4,2 миллиона вызовов. Порядка 1,5 миллиона обращений потребовали вмешательства служб экстренного реагирования.
Первое место по количеству обращений заняли вопросы ЖКХ - 39%, на втором месте – 37% - вызовы скорой медицинской помощи, на третьем – полиции - 12% вызовов. Чаще всего заявители обращались в систему-112 посредством телефонного звонка, СМС-сообщений и ГАИС «ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС».
В среднем в сутки операторы-112 обрабатывают порядка 11 тысяч вызовов от жителей и гостей региона. ___________
