من یه دانشجوی روزانه بودم که کلی زحمت کشیدم، شب بیداری کشیدم و تلاش کردم تا توی کنکور رتبه خوب بیارم 🎯 و برم دانشگاه دولتی درس بخونم 📚، فقط به امید اینکه یه مدرک معتبر بگیرم 🎓 و تلاش‌هام نتیجه بده 💪.
اما حالا که فارغ‌التحصیل شدم 🎉 و می‌خوام از مدرکم استفاده کنم، دانشگاه می‌گه: "تا هزینه تحصیلت رو تسویه نکنی، از مدرک خبری نیست!" 🛑 و ازم می‌خواد برای هر ترم به نرخ روز حداقل ۷-۸ میلیون تومن 💸 پرداخت کنم... من موندم و یه حس ناامیدی بزرگ 😔!

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
