On Wednesday, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that an Il-76 plane crashed in the Belgorod region while in flight.
According to the ministry, “on board were 65 captured military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces transported to the Belgorod region for exchange, six members of the aircraft crew and three accompanying persons.”
