На территории площадью более 185 га в районе бывшего ковид-госпиталя в течение 15 лет планируется возвести 58 многоквартирных домов общей площадью свыше 760 тыс. кв. метров. Инфраструктура будет включать школы, детские сады, школу искусств, ФОК, парки и другие социальные объекты в шаговой доступности.
Руководитель ГК “Риком” Ринат Райманов сообщил, что уже ведется возведение двух первых домов жилого комплекса “НОВА” (первая очередь). Также в планах — создание нового парадного въезда в город со стороны федеральной трассы Р-240.
