Внешне это выглядит странно. На знаменитых мостах Петербурга появляются вполне приличные люди и вдруг начинают – орать. Нет, не друг на друга, а в… космос, во Вселенную. Идею предложил местный блогер Хадунькин: крик помогает человеку снять напряжение, а для современного человека да еще и в мегаполисе это важно.
Сначала блогер выходил покричать в одиночестве, а потом в соцсетях предложил присоединиться к нему. И желающих оказалось много. Это как в «Форрест Гамп»: побежал один – за ним другие. Полиция поначалу насторожилась: странных орущих людей ловили, грозились штрафовать на 20 тысяч за незаконные собрания.
А потом в дело вмешался Смольный – власти пошли навстречу крикливым горожанам и официально разрешили это действо. Недавно на Троицком мосту прошел первый уже законный такой флешмоб. Наорались вволю😂

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
