Принял решение с 1 декабря приостановить в Ростове выдачу разрешений на строительство многоквартирных домов. К тому же город должен будет провести инвентаризацию всех ранее выданных разрешений.
Строить многоэтажки, не обеспеченные садами, школами и больницами нельзя. Двух мнений здесь быть не может!
