Два пучка петрушки

¼ حزمة نعناع اخضر
Четверть пучка свежей мяты

بصلة صغيرة مفرومة
Мелко порезанная маленькая
луковица

¼ كوب برغل ناعم
Четверть стакана мелкого булгура

¼ كوب عصير ليمون
Четверть стакана лимонного сока

ملح حسب الذوق
Соль по вкусу

¼ كوب زيت زيتون
Четверть стакана оливкового масла

أوراق خس للتزيين
Листья салата для декора

أربع حبات من البندورة/الطماطم
4 помидора

طريقة التحضير

تغسل الخضار جيدا وينقى البقدونس ويفرم ناعما كذلك البصل والنعناع والبندورة
ينقع البرغل مع عصير الليمون حتى يمتص البرغل من عصير الليمون وتضاف كل المكونات معا وتخلط التبولة وتقدم مع الخس

And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
