При этом привлечь к ответственности нарушителя почти невозможно — у самокатов нет номеров, а значит и найти виновника аварии сложно, особенно если он уже откатал и растворился в городе.
Астана тоже не отстаёт — самокаты разбросаны по всему городу. Пройти невозможно, особенно людям с колясками и пожилым. И всё это пока под благовидной вывеской экологичного и современного городского транспорта.
Так что госномера — вполне здравая мера. Пусть будет порядок. Хочешь гонять — будь готов отвечать.
