Проблема с парковками в Листвянке очень острая, так как многие туристы приезжает туда на автомобилях. Оборудование парковочных мест позволит сделать пребывание в посёлке более комфортным и безопасным.

Самое большое количество парковочных мест создают вдоль береговой линии на улице Горького, она является частью дороги Иркутск – Листвянка. Под парковочные места там оборудовали дополнительную полосу, их более 300.

На въезде в посёлок у памятника Вампилову расширили парковку. Она рассчитана на 45 автомобилей.

Создание парковок является частью ремонта участка автодороги Иркутск – Листвянка с 62 по 70 км.
