Компания заключила договоры с 252 дольщиками и обещала построить дом в декабре 2019 года, но этого по-прежнему не произошло. Дом готов лишь на 62%. И здесь снова оказался замешан депутат горсовета Уфы Кирилл Бадиков, который является учредителем этой фирмы.
Ущерб оценили в 700 млн рублей, а по данному факту возбудили уголовное дело.
