Ляховичи Барановичского РУПС Брестского филиала РУП «Белпочта» с одновременным подключением «прямой телефонной линии». Во время посещения отделения связи Елена Васильевна пообщалась с клиентами отделения, ознакомилась с условиями труда работников. Трудовой коллектив смог задать руководителю волнующие производственные вопросы.
Елена Дроздович также подчеркнула о важности качества оказания услуг клиентам в регионах: - Качество и доступность оказания услуг - ключевой аспект развития для нашего предприятия. Поэтому каждый из нас должен проявлять профессионализм, обеспечивать высокий уровень обслуживания, удовлетворять потребности и ожидания каждого клиента.
