Постановлением правительства дан старт эксперименту по обеспечению госслужащих жильем с помощью ипотеки.
Согласно условиям, за счет госбюджета будет осуществляться уплата основной суммы долга и первоначального взноса суммарно в объеме, рассчитанном по нормативу 33 кв. метра, а так же частичная компенсация процентов по кредиту.
Участниками эксперимента станут 90 служащих в возрасте до 35 лет и со стажем в должности от года, при соблюдении одного из следующих условий: участие в СВО, наличие госнаград, победа в конкурсах "Лидеры России" или "Лучший по профессии". Период эксперимента - с 15 июля 2024 по 1 февраля 2027.
