▫️این صنعت می‌تواند مکمل صنعت و نظام بانکی باشد اما متاسفانه به خاطر برداشت‌های اشتباه تصوری به عنوان یک صنعت رقیب با نظام بانکی شمل گرفته که نیازمند تغییر رویکرد در این نگرش هستیم و رویکرد جدید بانک مرکزی براساس قانون جدید بانک مرکزی به عنوان نهاد ناظر صدور مجوزهای صنعت لیزینگ بر توسعه و تقویت صنعت لیزینگ است.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. NEWS The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
