МВФ В ОБНОВЛЕННОМ ПРОГНОЗЕ НЕЗНАЧИТЕЛЬНО УЛУЧШИЛ ОЦЕНКИ ПО РОССИИ НАЭТОТ ГОД
МВФ в своем январском обновлении World Economic Outlook внес определенное количество уточнений. Мир – немного, но повышен, главным образом из-за заметного апгрейда США, и менее значительно - Китая. В то же время вновь понижена многострадальная Европа, особенно ее основная экономика - Германия.
В разрезе юрисдикций картина следующая:
• Мировая экономика: 2025 повышен до ⬆️3.3% vs 3.2% октябрьского прогноза, 2026 ↔️3.3% (unch)
• Россия: 2025 повышен до ⬆️1.4% vs 1.3%, 2026 ↔️1.2% (unch)
• Китай: 2025 повышен до ⬆️4.6% vs 4.5%, 2026 повышен до ⬆️4.5% vs 4.1%
• США: 2025 повышен до ⬆️2.7% vs 2.2%, 2026 повышен до ⬆️2.1% vs 2.0%
• Еврозона: 2025 понижен до ⬇️1.0% vs 1.2%, 2026 понижен до ⬇️1.4% vs 1.5%
По инфляции динамика разнородная: на ЕМ снижение темпов, но на DM – рост, что мы, собственно и наблюдаем в последние месяцы

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
