سباستین، کارگردان پرشوری است که به‌همراه کاستا، تهیه‌کننده‌ی فیلم، به بولیوی سفر کرده‌ است تا فیلمی درباره‌ی «کریستف کلمب» و جنایت‌های او در حق مردم بومی (سرخپوست) بسازد. سباستین و کاستا جمعی از مردم بومی محلی را به عنوان بازیگران و بدنه‌ی فیلم انتخاب نموده و شروع به کار می‌کنند. اما در همان روزهای ساخت فیلم، در فضای اجتماعی و سیاسی بولیوی اتفاقاتی شروع می‌شود که همه چیز را زیر و زبر می‌کند...

Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
