شونیسم و نژاد پرستی بخشی جدا ناپذیر از ساختار سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی جامعه سرمایه داری است. بدون آن، انباشت سرمایه از طریق فوق استثمار ملت‌ها و نژادها امکان ناپذیر است. تحقیر چند لایه‌ای ملت‌ها و نژادها و به خط کردن جبری آنان در برابر ضروریات و نیازهای سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی ملت غالب (ملت فارس) رابطه‌ای مستقیم با فوق استثمار و بی‌حقوقی ملت‌ها و در این رابطه سیاهان در کشور داشته و در راستای تحکیم قهری مناسبات قدرت در جامعه بین طبقات حاکم و محکوم است...»

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher.
